GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
The 1980 Chris-Craft 350 Catalina Double Cabin has historically
been one of the most sought after double cabins produced. With
a well designed expansive interior, you will feel like you are
sailing in a much larger vessel. With two staterooms you have
the comfort of traveling with friends or family and not being
crowded. The flybridge is
a large area that allows guests to enjoy the trip along with the
Captain. This is a solid fiberglass hull boat built on fiberglass
stringers. At 35 feet 1 inch, it boasts a moderate 13 foot 1 inch
beam and has a 10 foot 8 inch air draft. The wide side decks allow
easy passage going forward to the bow.
These boats were so popular since 1974 that Chris Craft built
the Catalina 381 and Catalina 426 as well.
This is truly a great option for the family that loves to be on
the water. This is a perfect live aboard boat for those desiring
the real water life.
This boat was owned by a gentleman that has passed away. His son
inherited the boat ... he isn't a boater ... we have been asked
to handle the sale of the boat. According to the son a survey
was done in June 2021 ... we do not have a copy of that ... yet
... we will have soon.
Last year a new top and windows and 2 rebuilt carburetors were
installed and new antifouling paint was put on as well. The son
and his sister are cleaning the boat and removing personal effects
as of the date of this listing March 22nd, 2022. The electrical
panel shows the boat is equipped with a generator and air conditioning.
The aft stateroom has a seperate shower There is a
second head by the front berth.
The son has sent me some photos and we will be taking lots of
photos when the boat is unwrapped, cleaned and his fathers personal
effects have been removed which I expect to be done
between April 1st and 5th or so. From what I have seen so far
I imagine this boat will sell quickly. There are only about 1,000
on the Crusader engines and the boat has been professionally maintained.
