GENERAL

Full aluminum hull, twin rebuilt 318's,
full size fridge, stove w/oven, barbeque, shower w/tub, bimini,
fully functional upper helm station, styled like the
Holiday Mansion and Georgian Steel houseboats with lots of large
windows and patio doors and low swim platform. This houseboat
has lots and of recent upgrades ...
and a good recent survey. A previous owner was a coast guard employee.
The boat comes with all documentation including the original sale
documents and
service receipts. All mechanical repairs/upgrades have been done
by marine mechanics.
This houseboat would make a great cruising boat with its full
hull ... or it would make a terrific live-aboard ... or floating
cottage at your favorite marina!
This boat is completely functional and can easily be relocated
to anywhere in Ontario by water from where it is now via the Trent
Severn Waterway.
Its height prevents it from being moved by truck. Given the popularity
of houseboats on most lakes along the Trent ... this boat will
sell quickly.
