Our internet marketing is designed to reach boat owners and boat buyers on the internet on websites that they browse,
the search engines and several classified ad websites popular with used boat buyers in Ontario.

"BoatDealers.ca" is Canada's most viewed boat listings website ... and we pay for listing our boats there. We post classified ads on "Kijiji" and "Craigslist" for people that are looking for other items to buy ... just in case they search for "used boats for sale" while they are on one of those websites. We get far more replies to our boat sales ads than private sellers ever will ... because we have a "variety" of boats for sale ... not just one.

In almost every marina there are boats for sale ... and boaters wanting to buy or sell a used boat. By being "visible" at lots of marinas we are given the opportunity to list lots of really good boats ... in use by some really nice people.

Our own website is unique in the photos that we display with our listings. Our photos are in high definition and 1024 x 768 pixels in size for the most part and large clear photos of a clean used boat for sale make that boat a MUST SEE BOAT. We are contacted by many boat buyers every week and we make notes and get their email address and telephone number. Then ... when a boat similar to the boat they are watching for comes available we create the listing and email them the listing before it is attached to the general listing pages of our website.

In 2012 we sold as many boats to those buyers that had contacted us ... as we did the listings viewed by the general public.
We also sold many boats to people referred to us by our customers that have bought or sold through us ... boats that were never displayed on our website.
