Every year we visit boats advertised by private sellers for our previous customers and buyers that are busy at home
or work so they cannot see an advertised boat quickly or easily. We take photos of the boat and build a listing page which we email to the buyer interested in the boat. Only the buyer that sends us to the boat sees that webpage.

We also discuss previous maintenance and discuss the mechanical repairs done fairly recently ... and ask to see
receipts for the work. We also discuss the repairs that a seller is willing to do for a buyer eager to close a sale.
We include the above details on the listing page we send to a buyer. We also indicate the work that we see
needing to be done to the boat that the seller is not willing to address.

We often hear that a boat advertised privately included photos taken years prior when the current owner bought it.
We also hear about the sellers that are unwilling to do cosmetic, mechanical or safety issue repairs ... or even negotiate the selling price to encourage a sale with those repairs in mind.

We can often visit a boat that you may consider buying the same day you arrange for us to visit the boat ... surveyors generally cannot offer same-day service.
After taking our photos, inspecting the boat and discussing the boat with the current owner we build the webpage containing all the details we can and forward it to the buyer.
The buyer, if still interested in a boat, can then call the seller to arrange a meeting with them and the boat. Upon seeing the current photos and details about the boat a buyer may choose to continue searching for another boat instead of pursuing the boat we visited. In 2020 we visited 41 privately advertised boats ... and 29 of them were not persued by the buyer that sent us to inspect and photograph them.

This service saves the boat buyer time and frustration. Often a buyer and their spouse want to see a boat together so both need to be free to see the boat while it is still for sale.
It is frustrating when a couple arranged the free time needed to drive an hour or more to see a boat that they would never consider buying ... and then drive home.

We view boats in the Kawarthas between Balsam Lake and Peterborough and throughout the Kawartha Lakes area ... often the same day as a buyer contacts us and emails us the classified ad of the boat. Our service gets the details buyers need to make their buying decision as quickly as possible ... before the boat is sold to someone else.
Simply call us at 705-307-2757 to discuss a boat that you may want us to visit for you.
