   "Google Meet" is a web-based program. It works within the browser in your cellphone or tablet connected to the internet. There are advantages to "Google Meet" over simple text and "Messenger"
or "Instagram" video connections. "Google Meet" allows for several devices to be connected at the
same time so a buyer, family members and/or a boating friend can be connected at the same time.

The "Live Video Chats" can be saved and can be streamed to a smart tv for larger viewing!
chats can last for up to 40 minutes so there is lots of time to view the cockpit and cabin areas of
the boat while speaking with an experienced broker about the current condition of the boat.

We start the "Live Video Chat" by sending a buyer a code. When they click on the code they join the chat in their browser. No app required.

We list boats at marinas, trailer parks and cottages between Balsam Lake and Lakefield. Our advertising attracts buyers throughout Ontario.
Buyers living an hour or more from where a boat is located can view a boat and chat with us before taking the time to visit the boat themselves
if the condition of the boat makes it of serious interest to them. Buyers from the Ottawa, Kingston, St. Catherines and Niagara areas need to take most of a day to personally visit a used boat for sale in the Kawarthas and a live video chat helps them see the "today" condition of the upholstery, top, windows and flooring before spending most of the day in their vehicle.
