GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
SOLD September 27th.
A very rare find .... in terrific condition ... equipped for cruising
or as a great liveaboard!
Twin 100 hp. Yamaha outboard engines for low cost maintenance
and winterizing ... rather than your typical houseboat with a
single 120 hp inboard outboard engine with a stern drive.
This houseboat has 3 aluminum pontoons for a higher ride out of
the water, shallow draft and great stability, a strong solar panel
system, a Honda 3,000 generator with electric start, huge windows,
a new galley installed in 2018 and new dishwasher installed in
2020, a windlass, a queen size walk-around bed with huge storage
under it and the opposite wall has floor to ceiling cupboards
with shelving.
On the roof is an air conditioner and "Tv Anywhere"
high definition dome. The bow has a large deck with comfortable
chairs, a barbeque and room for more seating.
The salon area has a couch and matching chair in like-new condition,
a table and chairs floor to ceiling windows and coverings. The
head has a seperate shower stall
and the entire boat is exceptionally clean. The faux flooring
was installed in the last few years and is like new still.
This boat has unique features and would make a terrific liveaboard
in Pickering, Bluffers Park in Scarborough or in one of the Toronto
Harbours.
40 foot threebouys from the early to mid 80's are advertised in
the high $40s - mid $50s ... this is a 2002 houseboat, over 18"
wider, longer, more windows, a seperate shower stall, has better
styling,
3 pontoons instead of 2, about 80 more horsepower from twin engines
instead of the single engine witha stern drive on threebuoys houseboats
... and did we mention the recently installed bow and
stern thrusters from "Side-Shifter"?
The off-season expenses have been paid for by the current owner.
The haul-out, winterizing, storage and spring launch are all paid
for.
A buyer this fall can purchace the boat now ... enjoy it next
spring ... without paying a higher spring price.
Feel free to try to find just one houseboat of this size with
this equipment, in this condition, in Ontario ... priced as low
as this one is for a fast sale.
