GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
This is a terrific boat and has been a neighbour of the broker
for the last 6 or more years. The boat has has has been serviced
by the marine mechanics at the local marina, detailed 2 or more
times every summer, it is loaded including a large swim platform,
air/heat and generator ... and the boat has just 296 hours
on it.
This boat is very similar to the 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Monterey
302 models ... but few could currently have these low hours and
be in this clean a condition.
The trailer the boat is on is NOT included in the sale. It
has been borrowed for winter storage.
