GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This boat is EXTRA clean ... loaded ... and was surveyed July 20th, 2016. Comments about survey below. Accomodations: Sleep 6 utilizing the angled double berth, the convertible-dinette and mid-cabin berth. Electric head w/hold. Galley: Deep sink, 2 burner stove, microwave oven, 12V/110V refrigerator/freezer, hot/cold pressurized water water, ample counter and cabinet storage, entertainment center above sink. Electronics: Compass, digital depth sounder, speed indicater, VHF radio, phone/TV hookup, AM/FM/CD changer with remote at helm and handheld remote, TV. Electrical: 3 batteried w/parallel switches, 40-amp C-charger, shore power. Engine/Mechanical: Alpha One outdrives (rebuilt 2015) , trim tabs, fuel gauge w/full intrumentation, both engines rebuilt less than 200 hours ago. This boat has only seen Ontario fresh water. The top and cockpit carpeting is recent and the cabin area has the upgraded optional leather sofa. The cabin area is extra clean with no damage to upholstery, cabinets, counter tops or flooring. A mature professional couple currently own this boat and are looking to moving up. The photos below are of the boat as it was 5 years ago ... and nothing has changed visually. The boat was surveyed July 20th and the following 3 items were noted: The surveyor felt he smelled fuel in the cabin. (Strange that the broker, 2 mechanics and 6 marina customers cannot smell fuel. Deodorizer added to head.) The CO2 detector in the front berth area is not connected. (Actually ... it is but doesn't work. Replacement from Canadian Tire would be fine.) Engine syncrometer generous to starboard motor by 100 - 200 rpms. (Boaters with twin engines don't need a syncrometer to drive their boats.) No issues other than the 3 noted above. None of a serious nature ... none pertaining to the hull quality. The boat was picked up by us on Lake Simcoe, marketed and SOLD in 5 days.
