This boat has been owned by a professional couple for the last 10 years ... and they are now retiring from boating. Before taking the photos of the boat they wanted to make sure there was no bird-mess from the previous night on the boat ... this is how fussy they are about their boat.

The boat has 578 hours on it's 7.4 Mercruiser engines and stern drives. Both stern drives were inspected this past spring and no issues were found as the normal stern drive servicing has been performed yearly. The boat is equipped with a generator, ac/heat, windlass, 10 speaker upgraded stereo system, a queen size aft cabin bed, LOTS of storage, and all of the usual cruiser amenities. We could not see anything that needed replacement ... every light bulb works ... as does everything else.

This boat was sold initially in the Lindsay area and has had a fresh water life. The boat has been serviced by the same mechanics for the entire time that they have owned it ... and the previous owner was in this area as well ... using the same mechanics ... "Mechanics On The Trent".

We were unable to find a single area of uphostery, cabinetry, canvas, windows, screens or flooring that were not in terrific condition. The boat is being sold as equipped including the anchor, anchor lines, ropes, fenders and bar-be-que. The slip that the boat is in can be negotiated with the selling price on the approval of the marina management.

This boat will sell fairly quickly to any current boater in search of a loaded 34' - 38' express cruiser in 10+ condition. More photos will be added to this listing on Tuesday August 11th which is the first day the boat can be sold to a buyer wanting immediate possession.
