is the way the boat is kept by it's current owners.

had a fresh water life.

The owners of this boat have reached retirement ... and have "world
travel" in their plans for the future.
They have travelled every major waterway in Ontario and now wish
to explore Europe extensively. They have boated in Ontario for
almost 30 years.
The seller is the distributor-rep of marine parts and supplies
sold by most quality marinas throughout Ontario. He knows "parts"
... and how they work.
He knows accessories, cleaners and lubricants and has serviced
his boat ... correction ... he has OVER SERVICED his boat and
has never had a significant failure hamper his boating trips.
Haulout and winterizing has been done by qualified personnel.
The guages and pumps onboard have all been changed as required

The boat is equipped with 2 newer GPS units, 2 reverse air/heat
units, "Top Gun" canvas, a tonneau cover, a Westerbeke
6.5 KW generator with just 225 hours on it, fresh water washdown,
transom deck shower, a 95 gallon water tank, 3 bilge pumps, ten
life jackets, flares, 2 heaving lines, windlass, Delta anchor
on chain, dock lines, bumpers and the list goes on and on and
on.
Upgrades:
-Kenyon ceramic counter top, interior decor and fabrics, LED lighting
replaces incandescent lighting, new engine instrumentation in
2010, 40 amp battery charger, new digital television, new electronic
tank monitors for both onboard water and waste tanks.
