GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
Both
engines were just rebuilt by Birchpoint Marina in the last 4 weeks
and are warrantied for one year from the date of sale.
Neither were winterized by another marina due to mis-communication
between 2 mechanics ... but the water system was winterized properly.
Without question this is the cleanest freshwater 1990 Sea Ray
310 you can probably find in Ontario right now. The upholstery
in the cockpit and cabin is like new as is the carpeting, cabinetry
and sunbrella top, windows and screens. The boat is over 35' in
overall length and is equipped with a windlass, chartplotter and
fishfinder. 30 amp shorepower panel, hot/cold water, dockside
water hook-up, generous swimplatform, wide walk-around, 2 sunpads,
extremely generous storage space, a terrific aft cabin and clean,
clean, clean everywhere.
The condition of this boat is far superior to every 1989, 1991,
1992 and 1993 Sea Ray 310 or 310/330 we have seen in the last
5 years.
