GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Sold new in Ontario ... used only in Ontario. FRESHWATER LIFE. This boat is abit unique among other 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1990 Carver 3207 Aft Cabin boats. It has 2 ac/heat units, a generator, a windlass and spot light and the aft cabin has the single large double bed and vanity instead of the 2 single beds found in the majority of these boats. With that layout the aft cabin has far more storage than in the earlier years of 3207s. This is a boat that a buyer can properly inspect, purchase and use on the May 24th weekend without doing repairs of any kind. The boat is "turn-key". The boat has been in a covered slip for about the last 15 years ... and it shows. The boat is equipped with twin 350 Mercruisers. The engines have just 1,028 hours on them. Last fall the engine impellors and most tune-up items were changed ... $2,500.00 worth of parts and labour. The upper helm cockpit top and windows are like new. Photos of the seating the helm are below. They are extra clean and like new. The hull was sanded and a new coat of antifouling paint was added in mid-April. The Carver 3207 Aft Cabin offers the luxury of two private staterooms. The master stateroom featuring a large double berth, hanging lockers and private head compartment. The forward stateroom has a V-berth and plenty of storage space. The forward head is equipped with a separate shower stall and the aft cabin head also has a shower. It is truly amazing as to how much livable room and storage space Carver has managed to pack into a 32' motor yacht. The original Carver manual and every repair invoice since new is on the boat. The seller is having a new survey performed the last week of April and it will be on the boat to be viewed by visitors to the boat. The seller is moving up so the slip is not available. Personal Note: ..I often mention in my "Turn-key" listings that a buyer need only bring Windex and paper towling to clean a nice clean boat. This boat doesn't need any cleaning ... anywhere. The sellers spent a full day detailing the boat the day I took these photos ... and they detailed it last fall too! Both a/c units were running and the boat was toasty-warm on that 3 degree day. Pride-of-ownership is so very appearent on this boat. This would make a terrific liveaboard or summer cruiser.
