GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
This 1989 Regal 360 Commodore was listed for sale by a marina
on Lake Simcoe but the seller wanted to make sure that our buyers
in the Kawarthas and Durham Region saw the boat for sale ...
so they listed it with us too. The boat sold in 9 days to a
buyer that we knew of ... and they had not seen the boat on
the websites that the marina advertised it on ... perhaps because
they were watching for a Sea Ray of this size. The photos below
were sent to us by the seller and they were the photos from
one of the websites where the marina advertised the boat.
This LOADED FRESHWATER 1989 Regal 360 Commodore has been stored
in a covered slip for the last 15 years so it is in terrific
condition.
It is the same size and layout that you will find on 1986, 1987
and 1988 models ... and priced right for a winter sale.
The beautiful teak wood throughout has always been properly
cared for. There have been lotos of recent updates and regular
maintenance has always done by the licensed dealer.
Updated canvas, new carpets in cockpit, fresh bottom paint,
new windlass are just a few of the things that have been done
in the last few years.
The boat has a clean survey, which was done for insurance purposes.
Heat, air , generator, full size fride/freezer in the very spacious
salon, GPS/VHF, cockpit tv with wet bar and fridge are just
a few of the many options on board. Truly a cottage on the water
for the whole family to spend lots of time this summer.
