GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The mature owners of this pristine boat are temporarily retiring from boating as they have just bought a waterfront home with a small dock.
The top is just 2 years old, the bellows and gears of the stern drives were replaced last year, the original carpet cover mats are still in place in the cabin, the exterior is not at all chalky ... and has a fantastic shine as seen in all exterior photos below. There is no staining anywhere in the boat that we noticed ... nor is there upholstery needing attention in the cockpit or cabin. There is no mold around the hatches like you will find in 50% - 90% of the used 1989 boats for sale today. The boat has had over $10,000.00 spent in replacement parts and upgrades
in the last 2 years alone.

There is a 3,000 watt power converter mounted in the aft cabin, a GPS and almost new bolster seat at the helm, bumpers, lines, windlass and anchor and everything else you'll need to head out for a wonderful weekend the first weekend that you own the boat.
