GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
The
Thundercraft 280 and 290 models were extremely good sellers in
1985, 1986, 1987 and 1989. Almost all were equipped with twin
4.3 OMC V6 engines. This boat has about 800 hours - it is in very
clean condition, has newer upholstery in cockpit area and cabin,
a good top and windows, gps and vhf, fishfinder, hot/cold water,
shorepower cord, ac/dc fridge, spot light, am/fm radio, dual wipers
... and it runs really really well because a mechanic owns it!
The marina where the boat is located now on Sturgeon Lake has
mechanics that do winterizing and shrink-wrapping for customers.
There are few slips available on Sturgeon Lake in part due to
the fact that you can visit Lindsay, Bobcaygeon or Fenelon Falls
by boat without having to go through any locks. Buy this boat
and you will have a slip available to you in a marina that rarely
has a slip available to a new customer.
