GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The boat owner has told us that their marina is not allowing the general public in the marina, boat owners preparing their boats can have 1 "household" helper.
People arriving at the marina to help "friends" are being told to leave the marina ... so the boat owner is moving the boat to a marina with no issues.

The seller bought the boat 5 years ago. In 2018 they had it surveyed for their insurance company and the boat was fine. Minor issues were addressed.
The boat is equipped with the 7.4 Mercruiser engines, air/heat, a generator, a bow thruster added before they purchased it in the Lake Simcoe area, a windlass and more.
This boats life has been in fresh water only. It was originally sold here in Ontario. Since buying the boat the owners have done a multitude of upgrades.
The boat is being sold for health reasons ... and the seller intends to continue boating on a smaller boat.
Styling wise this boat is the same as the 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989 and 1990 models

We were advised the boat was unwrapped and summerized on May 4th. Most of the photos were taken May 7th ... the marina mechanic hadn't finished his work in the boat.
PLEASE NOTE: .. The locks are to open June 2nd and the boat is being re-located June 5th to a marina where showing it will be easier than where it is currently after which time we can
show the boat.

The electronics that fit the brackets shown below had not been put back in place yet ... but they are included.








Pardon the lack of organization! The mechanic was supposed to have finished the summerizing 3 days before we arrived for the photos ... but he hadn't!
However ... that gave use a good chance to check the bilge and generator. Everything down there was very tidy, clean and dry.
