GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
The 36' F36 Trojan Tri-Cabin & Tri-Fly
models are 2 of the most popular live-aboard boats in Canada due
to their solid construction, wide 13' beam and LOTS of storage
space.
This boat has the popular "400 Blue" motors, generator,
electric heat and air conditioning.
The current owners have owned this boat for many years. They have
done all kinds of upgrades to this boat in the last couple of
years. Now their health is forcing the sale of the boat.
Notice there is no gally table. Tray tables were used so the cabin
area was bigger when meal-times were over. (Smart idea!)
To assist a fast sale they had the boat surveyed May 14th ...
there are are a few electrical outlets to change to the "GFI'
type.
The price of this boat is firm ... no financing or trades will
be considered. A sea trial will occur on the day of closing.
