GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
SOLD.
Full aluminum hull, twin rebuilt 318's, full size fridge, stove
w/oven, full size barbeque, shower w/tub, bimini, fully functional
upper helm station, styled like the Holiday Mansion and Georgian
Steel houseboats with lots of large windows and patio doors and
low swim platform. This houseboat has lots and of recent upgrades
... and a good recent survey. The previous owner was a coast guard
employee, the boat comes with all documentation including the
original sale documents and service receipts. All upgrades have
been done by marine mechanics.
This houseboat would make a great cruising boat with its full
hull ... or it would make a terrific live-aboard.
Every year we get lots of calls and emails from people looking
for used houseboats because we have listed them in the past. Recently
about half of those callers are in the U.S. after hurricanes Harvey
and Irma damaged so many boats in the fall of 2017 ... many of
which were "live-aboard" boats so we are getting calls
from U.S. buyers already. This boat is completely functional and
can easily be relocated to anywhere in Ontario or to the U.S.
by water from where it is now via the Trent Severn Waterway.
